I got a call yesterday from a man who is organizing a men’s gathering. He asked me to lead a 3 day retreat which I very honored to do. As we spoke he told me about he was finding himself getting stuck in negative thought patterns and expecting the worst possible outcome.

The Power of the Pen or Stylus to Improve your Life
